The kitchen includes a fridge w. icemaker, Stove (Oven), Microwave, Dishwasher, Garbage dispenser, Cooking ware and Eating utensils. In addition there is Washer and Dryer. This Villa is extremely clean and well maintained by a local and licensed property management "Pereira's Private Villas". Bed sheets and towels are provided and pool being cleaned each week. Also there are City garbage pickups on Tuesday and Friday morning.
